Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and depends on your location and the item. International orders can take longer during busy periods such as holidays and sales events.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees set by your country. Any such charges shown at checkout are included in your order total; any additional charges required by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
