We want you to love your order. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a refund.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
